Josh:at, basically in our resolution, what we want to change, and just kind of keep each other accountable and in
Josh:a fun friendly way, but we also want to get you involved

John:my resolution was, I wanted to actually achieve being in the
John:1000 club in terms of
John:lifting, for
John:those wicked maniacs who might not be familiar with that, the thousand club is a combined 1000 pounds for deadlift.
John:Uh, bench, press and squats.
John:I want to say 2019 was the closest I got, I was at 865 pounds combined, with all that, but now I'm slowly getting back.
John:I'm really out of
John:shape.
John:So.
John:yeah, I actually wrote it down cause I like to write my, I actually like to write or a mat.
John:so
John:at the very best I was able to do one

John:Um, my max squat was three 15 and my max dead lift was 3 0

John:But now that I'm trying to get back into the swing of things,
John:my bench has really gone down 180 5 is where I'm comfortable again.
John:And then my squat, I just did 2 25

John:And then deadlift I'm back to around
John:2 65.
